Real estate has always come naturally to Jane, even before she knew it would play a key role in her future. As a gifted designer with an innate sense of marketing, Jane took the reins on her family’s eight moves, staging each home and creating the supporting marketing material. Jane found her path when her last realtor asked why she wasn’t doing this “for real.” Since then, she has combined her background in ministry with her passion for real estate as a way to serve the community.

Jane believes trust is the key component of her relationship with every client. She recognizes the process isn’t about her. It’s about your dreams, your desires and how you want to live in your current stage of life. Her clients recognize this as well, as Jane has built her business around referrals. Jane makes you her main focus by asking thoughtful questions and getting to know your needs. She is an effective and tough negotiator and embraces her fiduciary responsibility to her clients at the highest level. 

 
While Jane is a qualified Luxury agent, she enjoys helping people in all price ranges. Whether you are selling your home or you're a first-time homebuyer, her step-by-step strategies help remove the stress from the process. 
Having personally built new homes, remodeled existing homes, and recently completed a full restoration of a 100-year-old Tudor, she knows how to look through what isn't there to see the possibilities. Jane couples expert professional advice with industry knowledge as she consults with you to make the best decisions for your unique situation.


Moving around the country can be exciting, but there is no place like home! Jane has been back in KC for 22 years and has enjoyed living on both sides of the State line. She often tells her relocation clients, that Kansas City is the best-kept secret with low cost of living, nationally recognized schools, championship sports teams, locally-owned restaurants, and beautiful midwest sunsets.


When Jane isn’t working to help her clients reach their goals, she loves spending time with her husband and their two adult children and spouses. She believes the world is full of amazing experiences and tries not to visit the same place twice, a philosophy she inherited from her Grandma Nina. You’ll frequently find Jane sharing a meal and bottle of wine with friends and family on her screened-in porch. It’s one of her favorite places where prayers are prayed, stories are told, laughs are had, games are played, new recipes are shared and milestones are celebrated.
