Sam has a proven track record providing superior real estate agency and consultation services. Sam is also a licensed attorney in Kansas and Missouri with a background practicing law for a large law firm prior to entering the real estate industry. This legal background is a big asset for Sam's real estate clients.

Sam is also a real estate investor with experience remodeling and selling properties for profit, as well as representing other investors finding, planning, remodeling and selling real estate projects. With an experienced eye for design and home improvements, Sam is able to help clients visualize a home’s potential while avoiding costly planning errors or significant home defects that might have otherwise gone unnoticed.

Sam has owned homes in Leawood and Brookside and currently lives in Prairie Village with his wife and four children.

Sam was an absolute joy to work with on the purchase of my first home. I honestly do not think I could have managed through the process without him! Some serious negotiation was needed with the seller and Sam was able to make it happen. If I could give Sam 10 stars I would! This is our 5th time buying or selling a house with Sam. Each time Sam has been amazing to work with. He is very thorough and professional. One of the best things about Sam is no matter how busy he is, he makes you feel like you are his only client. He is extremely patient with us. When you buy or sell a home, or in our case, sell and build a home there are so many ups and downs. Sam was always there to help us with every aspect, every high and low. Sometimes he was there just to let us vent. He sees the big picture and always, always puts our needs first. When we closed on this past house I told Sam that he is not just our realtor, he is our friend..... Not sure what else needs to be said. Sam is a great realtor but a better person.
