her for her attention to detail, open communication, and commitment to making the process as stress-free as possible. She loves working with first-time homebuyers because she has the heart of a teacher as well as families needing guidance, downsizing a beloved family home.

Cyndi holds two special certifications in helping long-time homeowners downsize. It takes a different type of agent to guide clients through life’s transitions with patience, understanding, and compassion. She has her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation from the National Association of Realtors. In addition, she is also part of a growing group of senior-focused real estate agents who have taken their education to the next level by earning the Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP®) designation from the Senior Real Estate Institute. By receiving the most advanced training and assembling strategic resources, her business has the capacity to serve senior clients at a high level who need to downsize or make a complex move.

Her husband, Kent, is very involved in her business as Director of Client Services. He is the ultimate people person! They love exploring National Parks and traveling abroad, always looking for their next adventure. When not working with her clients, you can find Cyndi at the barn. She adores her two horses Britney and Hope (the cutest mini horse ever!).
